Game Changers is a charity organization/foundation with a revolutionary mandate: changing the lives of young people for the better by molding them holistically. Formed early in April 2016, we are a lively team of young people with permanent membership who have been through the uphill journey of knowledge acquisition. As a result of all the academic, economic, psychological, social, and personal challenges we have experienced, it seemed fitting to help those currently on this journey by equipping them with all the relevant tips, resources, and provisional support we can muster. We are based in Gaborone, Botswana, and the flexibility of our work ethos has enabled us to extend our charity work beyond the city's bounds. Our mission is to promote positive societal change by encouraging and inspiring young people to strive for excellence in all their pursuits. We achieve this by providing early sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) education to students through retreats, boot camps, workshops, and motivational sessions. If you would like to contact us, please email [email protected].

This New Media mentorship program aims to give our girls digital skills to use in telling stories and speaking for the voiceless girlchild. The program seeks to empower girls to share their stories about sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), often considered taboo topics. To achieve this, we have created a quarterly magazine called Ruhusiwa Girls Allowed Magazine, which focuses on SRHR education and advocacy. In our Lesotho chapter, we prioritize service delivery for all, focusing on preventing harmful practices such as child marriage, which deprive girls of their right to education and better lives. We also advocate for comprehensive sexuality education in schools and support adolescent sexual health, especially for girls. Our organization has previously partnered with the Ministry of Education at Thetsane High School to encourage girls to use digital skills to tell their stories and promote SRHR education.
